What is Painting?

The process of coloring all ready-to-wear garments made of 100% cotton fiber or cotton blended fiber through the used dye and auxiliary chemicals is called ‘part dyeing’. The raw semi-finished product that comes as raw is first cleaned from the sizing material (starch) on it, just as it is in the washing house. Afterwards, it removes the yellowish color of the oil, wax, pitrak, pectin and cotton on the semi-finished product and smoothly diffuses into the fiber of the dye material and bleaches and bleaches to reach the desired color. The work on the fabric of the same type as the fabric that had previously been run in color is carried out in the laboratory and a certain color combination is determined. It is proportioned according to operating conditions and is painted in stages. During the dyeing process, colourants, dyes, salts, soda, surfactants, washers and softeners are used. The product is squeezed, dried and after the color control is done, the customer is made ready.
