What is Washing?

Raw sewing products are called “washing” with wet, chemical, heat and stone processing. First, desizing is done. After the starch is removed from the product, it is processed with semi-finished products, stones and enzymes as well as protective chemicals in line with the customers’ wishes. The amount of stones, enzymes and time are adjusted according to the desired effect and color, based on R & G and laboratory experience, and on the experience gained, and performed on various machine groups according to the type of product. Because the stones used have a capillary feature; The indigo dye material on the fabric is removed from the fabric by rubbing, and the semi-finished product takes a certain effect. Enzymes have a very important place in effect. These protein molecules break the indigo dye material and remove it from the material with the aid of stone. The passing of the degraded dye material back to the material in the bathroom is blocked by various chemicals. If desired, the product is treated with chlorine-based chemicals to further enhance the color, neutralized by the oxidizing agent. Standard smoothing or special smoothing is done if desired. The product is squeezed, dried and after the color control is done, the customer is made ready.
